Spa policies
In order to make sure that you enjoy your service, I make every effort to ensure that your session is kept on time and running smoothly.
- Please make sure to bring your original gift certificate or promotional coupon the day of your massage. You will have to reschedule your appointment if you do not have them.
-Gift certificates or promotional coupons are non-refundable and are to be used for the dollar amount for services only. There is a 6 month expiration date from the day of purchase.
-Gift certificates or promotional coupons purchased will become void if you are a NO SHOW or have not given a 24 hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled appointment. No extensions or exceptions.
-Your appointment time is reserved just for you, however, if you are late the day of your service your time may be shortened. If you need to reschedule or cancel please give me a call to make the necessary changes. Appointments fill up very fast and your courtesy is greatly appreciated.
-In order for you to receive the free massage (promo on the back of my cards), your name must be mentioned by 3 different family or friends when setting up their online appointment. You may also buy 3 gift certificates and still receive one for free. If you have a promotional online deal (Groupon, Livingsocial ect...) these will not apply to this special promotion. -Couples massage are available here at the spa, however I will need to make arrangements with my co-therapist before we set up an appointment. I will need at least 2 weeks in advance...but it can be done!
