In order to make sure that you enjoy your service, I make every effort to ensure that your session is kept on time and running smoothly. Any questions regarding these policies are always welcome.
 
-Due to the awesome response from the internet promotions, it might take a little while longer for me to return your voice mails and emails. I will try my best to reach you as soon as I possibly can. Remember, you are always welcome to book on line anytime! Your patience is greatly appreciated.
 
-Please make sure that you review your appointment date and time when booking on line. Once an appointment has been made you will immediately receive a conformation via email and a reminder will be sent the day before your massage appointment.
 
-Please make sure to bring your original gift certificate or promotional coupon the day of your massage.
 
-Gift certificates are non-refundable and are to be used for the dollar amount for services only. There is a 12 month expiration date from the day of purchase.
 
-Gift certificates or promotional coupons purchased might become void if you are a No Call/No Show or have not given any cancellation notice prior to your scheduled appointment.
 
-Your appointment time is reserved just for you, however, if you are late the day of your service your time may be shortened. If you need to reschedule or cancel please give me a call to make the necessary changes. Appointments fill up very fast and your courtesy is greatly appreciated.
